Terms of Service

80% Revenue Split

Photographers keep 80% of every photo sale with daily MoMo payouts.

5.0 GB Cloud Quota

Free default storage included. Reclaim space anytime by deleting past galleries.

Sales Logs Preserved

Financial transaction reports are permanently preserved even when albums are cleared.

1Photographer Monetization & 80/20 Revenue Split

Photographers set their own selling prices per photo (default GH₵5.00). Upon every successful purchase:

  • 80% Net Payout: Dispatched automatically to the photographer’s registered Mobile Money account (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo).
  • 20% Platform Fee: Covers AI facial recognition processing, Cloud Storage, Paystack/MoMo gateway fees, and automated download delivery.
  • Daily Payout Schedule: Accumulated sales balances are settled daily without long holding periods.

25.0 GB Storage Quota & Album Management

Every photographer account includes 5.0 GB of default cloud storage space.

  • When the 5.0 GB storage limit is reached, creation of new event galleries is paused until storage space is freed.
  • Photographers can delete past event galleries at any time to reclaim cloud storage space.
  • Deleting an event gallery purges photo files from Cloud Storage, while all sales logs, earnings reports, and order transaction history remain permanently preserved.

3Photo Copyright & Buyer License

  • Copyright Ownership: Photographers retain 100% full copyright ownership of all uploaded photos.
  • Buyer License: Attendees purchasing a photo receive a non-exclusive, perpetual personal license to download, print, and share on social media. Commercial resale of purchased photos is strictly prohibited without explicit photographer consent.

4Acceptable Content & Anti-Theft Watermarks

Photographers must only upload photos from public or private events (concerts, health walks, galas, festivals, sports). Uploading explicit, defamatory, or non-consensual media is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account termination. occasionSnap applies automated dynamic watermarks to protect raw images until attendee payment is confirmed.
